About course
Trainees will learn how to use specialized cuffs or bands to control blood flow to the limbs in order to enhance muscle activation while using low training loads, making BFR an effective and safe technique for various populations.
The course also provides hands-on training in Muscle Activation Techniques, which focus on improving neuromuscular communication, enhancing muscle contraction efficiency, and increasing movement stability before and during exercise.
